How does the registration process work?

What are the payment methods available for the Summit?
Registration fees can be paid either by check or by credit card. Please visit the registration page HERE for further details.
If I cannot attend, can my registration be transferred to someone else within my company?
Registrations are transferable within individual organizations. You can return to your registration via the link in your confirmation email and reassign the registration. If you have questions email email@example.com or call Katie Hill at (858) 300-5543.
Are group discounts available?
Yes. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or (858) 300-5543 for the appropriate discount codes.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please either email email@example.com or phone Katie Hill at (858) 300-5543 to cancel your registration. Full registration fees will be refunded for cancellation received by 2/22/19, prior to the Summit. Partial refunds by 3/8/19, prior to the Summit.
I’m bringing a guest. Can they attend the evening activities with me?
Guests are welcome to attend the evening activities for $95 per evening. Select the dinner guest option during the registration process.
Are the evening activities mandatory?
No, they are not, however, your registration does cover these events as well and attendees find them an excellent opportunity to network.
I have special dietary requirements, how can I make sure they are met?
Simply leave a brief description of your needs in the “special needs or dietary requirements” box on the registration page and we will see to it they are taken care of.
What is the attire for the Summit?
The attire for the JAMIS Summit is business casual.
How do I make my hotel reservations?
To book your hotel room, please call or email the Belmond Charleston Place Reservations (800-831-3490 | firstname.lastname@example.org). Make sure to mention JAMIS Summit 2019 or group discount code “190322JAMI” to receive the conference rate.
How long does it take to get to and from the airport, and how much does it cost?
The Charleston International Airport is less than 20 minutes from Belmond Charleston Place. And with just two terminals, two baggage carousels and one pick-up location, it’s simple to navigate. Combine that with the convenience of the hotel’s customized airport transfers —not to mention your own personal transportation coordinator to arrange all the details—and your business travels will be worry-free.
Will I be able to check my email throughout the Summit?
Yes. The hotel is equipped with complimentary wireless high-speed internet.
I am a local attendee who will be driving to the conference. What is the cost for parking?
Valet parking is available through the Belmond. Valet is $38 per car, per night. In addition to valet, there is garage parking, The garage is $20 per car, per night. The garage is city-owned and guests have access to come and go as much as they please.
What are the typical weather conditions in Charleston in late March?
Average highs are in the low to mid 70’s. All evening activities are outdoors, please bring a jacket or sweater just in case it cools down (although it likely won’t drop below the mid 50’s at night).
I will be extending my trip before/after the conference. Are there local attractions near the hotel?
Charleston offers a wide range of activities. As soon as you step out of the Belmond Charleston Place, you’ll uncover the city’s colorful past and cosmopolitan present. Visit plantations and coastal forts or indulge in high-end shopping and cuisine—there’s no shortage of things to do in Charleston. Learn more, here.
Attendees of our courses at the JAMIS Summit 2019 will be required to sign in with their Name, Company, email address and phone number. All sign in forms will be tracked on our learning site, learning.jamis.com, which will provide a list of attendees by session and sessions by attendee. Attendees will have access to print out a pdf of any certificate earned from the learning site as well. A login will be provided to those attendees signed in within five (5) business days following the event. Hard copy reports will also be retained in our Virginia office for at least five (5) years.
The learning site will also include the following information for each session signed in:
· The session title
· The area of focus
· The date and length of time of the session
· The presentation slides
· The number of CPE credits issued

The sessions presented at JAMIS Summit 2014 have been written just for this event. The material has been created for the latest release of our products, based on testing of the best practices provided. All materials have been tested internally by our own subject matter experts to insure the information presented at the Summit is current, relevant and applicable. The presenters of the sessions are the subject matter experts of our product and are the best to help our customers maximize the correct use of the latest product release.
