Sponsor FAQ – JAMIS Summit 2026


The Sponsor Expo Area will be open throughout the Summit, giving sponsors consistent visibility and opportunities for engagement. Located in the main foyer directly outside the General Session ballroom, this central location ensures strong attendee traffic during breaks, meals, and between sessions.

Sponsors will also be featured during the Welcome Reception on Monday evening, November 16th, held in the Sponsor Expo area — a great opportunity to connect in a lively, social setting.

To maximize interaction, meals will be served directly outside the expo space during the following times:

    •    Breakfast: Tuesday, 7:00 – 8:00 AM | Wednesday, 7:00 – 9:00 AM

    •    Lunch & Refreshment Breaks: Served daily between sessions, 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm

The Sponsor Expo will remain open during general session breaks and networking intervals, offering sponsors multiple opportunities to engage with attendees.


The 2026 JAMIS Summit will be held November 17–19, 2026, at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress in Orlando, Florida. Pre-Conference training will begin Monday, November 16th.

    •    Welcome Reception: Monday evening, November 16th — Kick off Summit week with a networking reception in the Sponsor Expo area.

   •    20-Year Dinner Celebration: Tuesday, November 18th — Join us for a special evening celebrating JAMIS’s 20-year milestone.

    •    Main Summit Event: Tuesday, May 18th – Wednesday, November 19th — Two full days of sessions, learning, and networking with government contractors and JAMIS partners, and a half-day of User Group Meetings for clients on Thursday, November 19th.

The Sponsor Expo Area will be open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 17th & Wednesday, November 18th. Meal periods will be located directly outside the expo space to increase booth traffic and visibility.

The 2026 JAMIS Summit will take place at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress in Orlando, Florida.

 Special discounted sponsor rates are available until October 27, 2026.

Sponsors may ship materials directly to the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress for the event. Please follow the hotel’s shipping, labeling, and handling instructions in the official shipping guide.

Each sponsor booth includes a 6-foot draped table, two chairs, and a waste basket, located in the main foyer outside the General Session ballroom for maximum visibility.

    •    Set-Up: Monday, November 16th | 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
(The Welcome Reception follows in the Sponsor Expo Area at 6:00 PM.)

    •    Tear-Down: Wednesday November 18th | 7:00 PM
 (The conference adjourns at 5:30 PM, with a networking reception hosted at the pool from 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM)

Please note: The Sponsor Expo Area is located directly outside the ballroom. To maintain a professional atmosphere and smooth traffic flow, do not begin dismantling booths before 7:00 PM on Wednesday.



The Sponsor Expo Area is open daily from 7:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. and is located directly outside the General Session doors in the main foyer. This central location ensures steady attendee interaction during breaks, between sessions, and throughout meal releases.

Sponsors will also be featured during the Welcome Reception, held in the Sponsor Foyer space, a lively networking opportunity to connect with attendees.
