Sponsor FAQ – JAMIS Summit 2026
The Sponsor Expo Area will be open throughout the Summit, giving sponsors consistent visibility and engagement opportunities. Located in the main foyer directly outside the General Session ballroom, this central location ensures strong attendee traffic during breaks, meals, and between sessions.
Sponsors will also be featured during the Welcome Reception on Sunday evening, May 17th, held in the Sponsor Expo area — a great opportunity to connect in a lively, social setting.
To maximize interaction, meals will be served directly outside the expo space during the following times:
• Breakfast: Monday, 8:00 – 9:00 AM | Tuesday, 7:30 – 8:30 AM
• Lunch & Refreshment Breaks: Served daily between sessions (exact times to be shared in the final agenda)
The Sponsor Expo will remain open during general session breaks and networking intervals, offering sponsors multiple opportunities to engage with attendees.
The 2026 JAMIS Summit will be held May 17–19, 2026, at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress in Orlando, Florida.
• Welcome Reception: Sunday evening, May 17th — Kick off Summit week with a networking reception in the Sponsor Expo area.
• 20-Year Dinner Celebration: Monday, May 18th — Join us for a special evening celebrating JAMIS’s 20-year milestone.
• Main Summit Event: Monday, May 18th – Tuesday, May 19th — Two full days of sessions, learning, and networking with government contractors and JAMIS partners.
The Sponsor Expo Area will be open throughout the Summit, with meal periods located directly outside the expo space to increase booth traffic and visibility.
